This site presents a useful method for advancing the quality of life in cities. It allows analysis of any urban area, and identification of ways for enhancing its quality and attractiveness to a larger population group.

Development of the method began with in deepth research conducted at the Technion University in Haifa, and has been implemented since 2012 in various planning processes.

It enables us to set qualitative goals, and work across planning activities at different scales (including municipal management policies) to achieve them. The novelty of this method is the ability to analyse and discuss qualitative considerations in a structured manner, in a world that is normally centered on numbers and quantities.
